Deep fakes

Deepfake are falsified videos made by means of deep learning. They use AI in order to make it seem like someone is saying or doing something in a video that they haven’t or aren’t actually doing. This technology may seem like fun and harmless, such as Steve Buscemi’s face on a politician. But they can be very dangerous. Deep fakes can be used to make a person seem like they said or did something that they never said or did, and it can overall ruin that persons image.
