You wake up in an inn in the middle of a port town. Your room is dusty and looks like it has seen better days. A trace of sand can be seen lining the floors. Spider webs in the corners show that the inn is in fact old and unkempt. The smell of the ocean consumes your sense of smell as it comes in through your window and the sound of music consumes your ears. You decide to go explore the town.
As you walk outside you realize this isn’t any old port town. This is the port town of rocking-ton, the only port left on the planet Jupiter. You journey through the streets and you come across a merry band of music men singing their sea shanties for space shillings. On the other side of the street you find a large tank filled with a black sludge. Do you speak to the merry band of music men or do you inspect the mysterious tank:
You speak to the music men.. The music men ask what music you would like them to play for you. Unsure how to answer you ask them to surprise you. Once they are finish you tip them and are on your merry way. What a wonderful song from a group of talented musicians.
or would you rather look inside the mysterious tank:
You look inside the tank… Inside the tank you meet a Mighty Manatee who greets you with a: “Cheerio ol’ sport, how do you do on this fine day.” You are amazed to see a talking manatee. Especially one that looks so Mighty. You wish the manatee a good day and are on your way.
After enough dilly dallying you enter a pub as you are famished and are in need of some food. The pub is filled with some of the most villainous scum you had ever laid your eyes on. All sorts of space sailors, thieves, and mutants alike. You sit at a table and a tall man approaches you. The man only has one eye but two freakishly large arms. He is the captain of a large shipping vessel. “Come sail away with me and my crew on the S.S.Fools.”
You ignore the captain and proceed to order some food. The captain walks away but you feel like this won’t be the last time you will be seeing him. You check the menu. You come in between two options. Do you eat a variety of tasty treats: peanut brittle, cannolis, eye of newt. The sound of listing off the sweet treats makes your mouth water.
or would you rather eat a gourmet meal. The meal would be a delicious seven courses and would be made by the Platinum Chef himself: Long eye Kermit.
Once you have finished your meal you decide to join the crew of the S.S.Fools and start you new life with your new crew mates.
